Pilates is for EveryBODY
I first found Pilates after a marathon injury in 2019 that forced me to rethink how I move. I fell in love with Pilates almost immediately because of how strong I felt after each class and how I have been able to run injury free every since. I am not from a ballet dancing background but I love moving and feeling strong in my own body.
My Pilates education is with ‘STOTT Pilates with Merrithew’ — which has taught me how to make Pilates work for real bodies in the real world. If you can move, you can get stronger and I can show you how.

A bit about me
I’m originally from Cape Town South Africa, now based in the Netherlands, Bloemendaal where I teach Pilates in studios and online globally. My dream is to make Pilates more accessible for every body of every background and/or colour.
